Also, the M/C is designed to run (efficiently at any rate) at a much higher gpm than the current leach flow is putting out when using the filter presses (large in contrast to traps in the ElectroWinning process). At this point the amount of solution in the Pregnant Pond would be drained in a couple hours...so for now the E/W process is what is being used. Less work and more efficient at current gpm flow rate as the carbon filters aren’t terribly expensive.
