the problem would be.. it wont be a 3 or 4-1 it will be a 10 or 20-1.... been in a few that did the r/s to nasdaq....they pushed pps ranges that were 5x higher than what the actual # was when it happened...[they lied to us yes].. so up-listing is a real potential stock value destroyer for longs when any R/S is done...time will tell though.. if they have patience.. we will not need any r/s.. imo kavl..
