I've seen a lot of chatter on Reddit where folks (especially Robinhood users...seems there are quite a few of them on Reddit) want to buy CBBT but aren't able to.

Anyone familiar with the matter know if that's simply because you can't buy OTC with Robinhood or is it because CBBT currently has the stop sign?
