I just mentioned because it may be helpful to understand the writing behind the agreements. Remember I mentioned to you in the past that there cannot be a connection otherwise we would not qualify for the type of transaction that occurred. I did read every filing starting in September 2008 and listened to every court proceedings since October 2008. “Assets of the assets are not part of this Agreement” then I understood why they separated their income earning accounts from the Bankruptcy and why the Judge approved it.
