EdF this is kind of hard to believe.

On one hand, I'm told CareClix is a scam. On the other hand I'm told anything we read about CareClix, is not the CareClix we own, yet this job opening is to help build the accounting department for a "subsidiary of a US public company".

It has a link to careclix.com in the posting which specifically states it is a subsidiary of SOLI.

Why are they looking for someone with experience in filing with the SEC or with experience with SEC compliance?
