This is getting old and stale.

Tell me, what’s your thoughts on the post merger SS?

One can only guess. Lets say its 200 million OS, (about 90% Tds and 10% CLHI shareholders). For example at $30 dollar pps the MC = $6 billion, not excessive compared to SNOW and ZI in the same space. SNOW has $80 billion MC with revenues of $97 million and $264 million for 2019 and 2020 respectively.

Even with $50 to $100 million revenues for TDS/CLHI going forward, what you think should be the MC? You can do the math.
