You have 25 years of M&A experience? Beautiful. Tell me, what’s your thoughts on the post merger SS? Clearly the shell common holders are not going to be walking away with 100% of the company.

Been looking for another finance mind that makes this a buy here with RMs getting 5-10% of the merged company. What values this at $1, $5, $10 based upon your experience with RMs?

Why do you think TDS would need to still be accepting private equity investments at considerable discounts when according to all this is a multi billion company yet they cannot close the discounted raise?
