ICCI International is a full service design, project management & consulting firm specializing in hospitality, multi-family and commercial projects.

"Our team has produced projects on 4 continents, 7 countries and 26 US States. These projects comprise in excess of 11+ million square feet and have a built value of over $1.6 billion."

Established in 1977 on the foundation of open and honest communication with clients, we are committed to bring our client’s visions to reality and create tangible value for them regardless of their project goal. We are people centric with a keen understanding of the aesthetic and economic components that make project successful. We are about creating places (not just spaces) that create returns and have value to owners, clients and all other stake holders. We pride ourselves in producing projects that improve the world around them by impacting those most closely associated with them.

Company History
ICCI International was founded in 1977 as Designers Collective, Incorporated (DCI) in California. Mr. Qamar bought the firm in 2002 and rebranded it to ICCI International in 2010 when the firm stated doing increased work globally – there was a similarly named firm in Baltimore, MD and separation was required. Thus ICCI International has a long and well established history. The most significant design project executed by the firm is Terminal B at Denver International Airport (DIA) where DCI was the interior architect for the building. The largest project for a private client is Canyon Crossings retail development in Riverside, CA which covers 90 acres (1.1 million square feet and has a value of $93 million). The largest project management task was overseeing the 2.1 million square feet ADA upgrade for Kaiser Permanente as part of a class action lawsuit by the Federal government. The firm was invited (as one of six firms globally) to submit proposals to rebrand Burger King in the EU market. While our proposal was not selected, it was a privilege to be included in such company. We have up graded 125 McDonalds restaurants as part of the McCafe rollout. The firm has functioned as corporate architect for such brands as Panera Bread, Jason’s Deli, Saxbys Coffee, Subway, Quiznos and many others. Hospitality clients have included Holiday Inn, Residence Inn, Four Points by Sheraton, Element, La Quinta, Bay la Sun by Rosewood, Fasiliah by Rosewood and Crowne Plaza. Over the years company has completed projects in 26 US states and 7 countries.

ICCI has won many awards over the years including an AIA-OC outstanding design award for the USPS facility in Anaheim, CA; the Outstanding Project Award (with V3 International) for Jamea Mall in Jeddah, KSA and the Design Competition for Mall of Tabuk in Saudi Arabia.
