Ive never been invested in a company which was bought out -

if anavex gets approved for AD end of 2022, wont their MC reflect a 20B increase in valuation? Wouldnt that technically make them a BP?

Are you saying buyout after AD approval? Or after positive AD ph2/3 topline data (assuming positive data)?

We have a whole 18 months to wait for topline. In the whole scheme of things, 18 mos is nothing. please let me know what you are thinking with some timing for better understanding. thanks
