a buyout at .70 would make sense

the new company buys all the shares at .70
shorts dont have the chance to cover under .70 then when shareholder know .70s for sure
so a naked short MM will bid .90 per share to get his shares
next short MM paniks wanting now to pay a dollar and so on

:) might that be apossible scenario ?

however...uping my buyorder to that .25 wont get a fill anyway
