And what doesn’t make sense, Amarin can hedge by anonymously donating to our cause and let us pick the fight. I actually think we have a better chance of receiving a review than Amarin. If Amarin filed I could see the judge passing on their appeal since they had the chance at trial to catch the mistake and impeach the witness. If we file it’s saying Amarin council screwed up and the judge might give it a look.
