Working together to audit the company is all we need to do. no lawsuit. we just need 15% of total share count 167M shares to force the company to open up.

This has never been done by a group of shareholders in the OTC markets but it's 100% real and plausible.

I stand by my desire to conduct an audit and conduct it as the first group to do so as OTC investors.
