If anyone knew the answer to that, the PP’s would be much higher than it is. No one knows, that’s how the market works. Take the risk, or wait for that info and chase it a higher PP’s knowing the answers to the questions you have.

Or we may get the answer and you can buy lower...that’s not a question any one can answer with 100% confidence, that not how the market works.
