I do recall that, but Andy's not here to honor that. I have no problem with the Whelan family becoming very wealthy - that is Andy's legacy. A few of us know better than others how Andy suffered on his journey and how many scoundrels and thieves picked his pocket! Let's see how his legacy plays out.

I cringe at the weight of those IBEX and St. Johns Notes on the share structure and share price-should be 5-7 cents already! The Whelan family would become far more wealthy by lightening the load.... have them win, absolutely, but without restraining or crippling the upside of the share price any longer and all BIEL shareholders too.
