First there where s/h equity of ~50 cents per share 1 year ago.
There is no other way to purchase assets ,pay seleris and do the work without dilutions and nobody working free including RM so, when BD using shares to pay it is expected and nothing wrong here because the company get assets and make the company real company as i so there is 50 cents per share equity at the end of 2005 if there was no dilution there where no oil no equity no nothing.
I also saw that before the horikans BD on 960,000 revenues have 107,000$ net revenues we all know that the production # are much more at 2006 so the net revenues are higher.
i also saw that in some cases thay get 1 dolar for 1 share and it very good for the s/h.
I know that this is unaudited financial and not evrything is ok like the convertible nots but i believe that it show BD situation one year ago and i am sure that 2006 is better with more assets more equity but with more shares .
I believe that the current production give positive cash flow and the low s/p will stop the dilution don't forget that the menegment also have shares .
