Meanwhile some potential problems spotted with the Moderna vaccine

As in batch contamination. Which could come from 4 different sources:

1. The glass vial the vaccine is in.

2. The diluent the vaccine is frozen in.

3. Contaminants from the reagents used during mRNA extract in the manufacturing process.

4. The lipid nanoparticles used to encase the mRNA in.

The FDA could step in, and place the Moderna vaccine on hold. Force Moderna to identify the source of the contamination and correct. Followed by an FDA inspection of the plant. In another words we are suddenly dependent on the Pfizer vaccine. Best case scenario Moderna proves it was a one off case. That all other batches are clean of the problem. Which would still delay it being shipped again.

Watch for the FDA involvement.
