Now we do all the wrong things.....Repubs lack of action after 1/6 set in motion all too many things that keep a country unity moment, a country hopelessly divided moment...

Not so unlike the Michigan protests that changed the course of the US covid response from one of unity..

Now back to politics as usual, 2 separate news sources, 2 separate themes, 2 sources of divisive rhetoric...

History shows there are times you can change the course of history if you rise to the moment,,But like the Michigan Protests it also shows what happens when you don't

What few leaders we have carried no weight after 1/6, Trump was not removed by the 25th nor by forced resignation resulting in no end to the election lies, no country over party, no country over politics..

Both sides now dig in and we will do all the wrong things....

Need I say, this country once rose to the moments placed before it, now it does not...No Empire (for lack) has ever stepped up and reversed its trend of decline once started, to the contrary..
