I think/hope all of Berry’s patents are only part of the collection of 21 patents, but not all of them. I am hoping they have near monopoly on road surface and near road sensors and wireless transmission through agreements with similar patent holders. They have alluded to that in stating they want to become “the gateway” to this technology.

And yes, you do get credit for finding all of Mr. Berry’s patents. I found one, but you dug up the rest of them.
