A shareholder filed an appeal of a decision made during the bankruptcy on the grounds that assets of Preferred Class 19 were wrongly distributed. The LT wanted to cancel our Markers but the appealant argued against and eventually the LT counsel reluctantly agreed to maintain them in our accounts, until the dissolution of the LT at least. This should occur by March 31st this year.
