I have been trying to give some thought to the recent trading
increase in shares traded per day and the up swing in the price
of NGW.
So those of us who have purchased or sold homes have always
been made aware of the "Comp Values" or relatively the same homes
in nearby areas.
Well the same hold true in valuations of businesses.
This is a very important and interesting piece of information in
my somewhat informed opinion!!
Finally noticed that late last week Cresco Labs purchased
the Cannabis company Bluma Wellness Inc. The valuation paid by
Cresco Labs was reported to the public as $213,000,000 USD.
Bluma Wellness Inc. cultivates, processes and sells Cannabis
thru 8 retail outlets in Florida.
Bluma Wellness Inc. reported 2nd quarter revenue of $2,414,00. CD
November sales were $3.1 Million CD
BLuma Wellness is making a profit. (see yahoo finance for details)
Blumb has an enterprise value of $188,000,000 USD (yahoo finance)
Ok, so how does this project the valuation of NGW, Friday yahoo
finance shows Enterprise value for NGW at $85,000,000.
The information noted above is real and easy to double check by
yourselves.
For me NGW is now able to easily quantify its valuations. And
yes NGW is very, very undervalued. Just remember Comps valuation
matter, in all business transactions.
In my opinion we should easily see a continuation of this upward
move for the share price for NGW.
For me I am not selling any of my shares.
Buying more as funds become available.
