Mac, what are your views on the R/S. Mine are as follows.Seems they want to get out of the Canada trading market and come to the Nas as soon as possible. Seems like serious revenues are at least a year or a little longer out. Looks like management will do either a 1 for 5 or 1 for 10. This will be done so management won’t look as bad raising funds with less share count though probably a bigger % dilution. I think it was noted POET needs another 14 or more million $ More to carry them to break even. On top of that I feel they also want an extra cushion of cash just in case goals are delayed. I see them R/S, then offer, then bigger news will come out to reward the ones that financed the offering. Maybe then the price will take off. I’ll look to maybe get back in after they decide the R/S ratio or after the offering.i don’t care what the stock price is at . Until then I will hover over Poet like my wife does to me.
