Since you’re introducing this ‘what if scenario’ about needing to file a claim....devils advocate and plot twist here, what if hedge funds did that YEARS AGO, or if not years, maybe within last year after BK closed? This is an assumption that something is forthcoming, may not be the case. If this is all BK remote, there should be no correlation to what LT is doing now..
