Isn't calling VERB an investment, really a misuse of terms, it is not a revenue stream being there are no dividends, to really it falls into the category of a speculation.



A speculation is an investment in stocks, property, or other ventures in the hope of gain but with the risk of loss, so not a misuse of terms (misnomer), but rather the same thing imo.

Invest in your DD and you can't go wrong.
