Well there are two theories at play here Rosen stated he has control of cusips and will be removed with the termination of LTI. Now the 2nd AZ stated LTI has no responsibility or authorization to remove the cusips. I guess we find out who’s right.

Two other things, cash dividend minimum 31 quarters and capital trust catch-up and distribution. The final is the p’s. Since Kkr was able to tap in to get distributions for dividends on p’s up until 2017.

Now, maybe the cusips will not matter as distributions for the above will happen very soon or nothing happens. Who is right AZ that LTI can not remove the cusips or they do and they disappear
