I see sour grapes, where someone loaned millions to a distressed company in a very high risk cancer trial, in which the loans could have been considered in default. But this deferral is a get out of jail free card for NWBO, and shareholders. As black and white as it comes.

Being a risk taker.....takes, well, risk (putting skin in the game).

Those who will ante up should be duly rewarded if the risk plays out into a future reward, as they could have lost the entire pot.
