I am not saying the an RS is right for me, or you, or any other shareholder. But there are MANY factors involved with a RS outside of what's good for our portfolios. The first one that comes to mind is what is best for the company. If a RS is needed for the company to get to the NASDAQ, then the positioning of a vote is what they will do to get the uplisting completed. Honestly, the board could make this decision w/o us. Remember, it doesn't just affect you and me, it affects Kent and the brass as well as they hold 100x more shares than me, and I assume you and most on this ihub discussion.
What I am just saying is they have bigger fish to fry than worrying about our whining about a RS.

In the mean time, if you are really concerned about it, sell me your shares and you can buy back in after the up list.
