Depends on your risk tolerance. Obviously no one knows the future. However, if one would have asked 6 months ago if they should buy another million shares at 1/2 a Penny people would have said high risk. Now they say should have done it. I will say that if the company has a favorable outcome with their IP and gets a favorable outcome with the FDA, a Penny will seem like a great deal.
