there was one I saw it. it was a merger because we did get change to vote on it and I would vote no because msrm share holders got the shart and frank and his group got goldern nugget. It spell out the details and how much shares msrm got ---top of my head-- 7.1 something for 1 share of gbrc and warrent for every 3 shre of msrm you have to buy one share of gbrc stock for 4.50 that end in life end of 2007. the new share of gbrc are in trust and not sure when they be give out. the last the to trade dec. 28 after that date you could get new gbrc stock. think that came from jeff. there no more msrm, go to there wed page, it gbrc now.
