There's been no SEC filing yet detailing completion of the GBRC/MSRM deal. My assumption is that MSRM shares traded until that time will be converted into GBRC shares. However, that's just an assumption on my part.

MSRM is getting no press, including in GBRC press releases. I find that very interesting.
