Considered calling TA but I suspect its a waste of time. Kind of obvious what went on today. OTC was updated yesterday, News is released today and 370 million shares were dumped into any interest it generated. SS won't reflect this now for 1 month.
Only upside is that the SS is now fully diluted, they will need to raise AS or file for an RS.
