Tough to assign a value after acquisition, as we don't know the full extent of their plans. Correspondence with the company has indicated PKG acquisition is merely the first of many moves being made.

I believe CBBT has indicated they anticipate revenue upwards of $75M within a year or two from the PKG acquisition alone. 3x-5x revenue multiple (market always looks forward) means fair PPS in the .30-.50 range with the Outstanding Share count. Obviously with additional acquisitions or synergies, we could be looking at much, much more!
