you're possibly going to see a restructured full reporting GFTX and a low floater.

Well, the "restructured" and smaller float part anyway.

You can quibble with some detail here (because who knows? there's no disclosure on this), but I agree: the float will definitely change.

Looking forward to the filings that return GFTX to fully-reporting, and the filings (not PRs) that clearly disclose ACTUAL PLANS regarding restructuring etc
