GFTX has said SPECIFICALLY there will be conversions!

NO conversions and NO RS. Stop cooking up BS!!

CEO said he's re-negotiating those "leak out" conversions. He's attempting to minimize the damage those conversions will inflict, but intentional delinquency has only delayed that pain.

Shares WILL ABSOLUTELY BE ISSUED to meet those conversions.

We can't know how many have been committed, or how many will be needed, due to GFTX intentionally hiding these details by going 'dark' on all filings.

We can assume this DILUTION will take-up a significant proportion (if not ALL) of remaining A/S. That's WHY GFTX executed this hail-mary delinquency tactic.

After all the upcoming DILUTION, the A/S will indeed need to be raised, and/or the O/S will be R/S.

There's no question these are in the cards, waiting to be dealt.
