here is the email form October 2019 I was looking for

Good Morning Sir

I have been advised by the company that the 10k is still on track to be released. There are some outstanding valuation questions that need to be signed off on by the auditors since this is a 10 k filing.
Once that is completed then the 10k can be filed with the SEC,. Appreciate your patience and thank you.
