Nothing is automatic. it will have to go thru a series of trials. pills vs injections vs inhalers may give very different results for what I know .

There was a company years ago trying to introduce inhaled insulin and it went nowhere after spending billions. Maybe with the respiratory drugs it is different, but I don't know exactly.
