The Provenance Gold Press Release (see below) gives more details. PLYN is spending $450,000 to earn its minority position. However, the stock is at 10 cents,hasn't moved and has a capitalisation of only $3.5 MM US dollars.

There's only been gold grab samples taken at the property so the drilling will be basically speculative; far different than the gold reserves that the project in Kazakhstan had..
