Don't like the 49.5% participation of PLYN in the JV; without 50% or more the minority partner can be diluted.

Also, why can't the PR spell out specifically how much money PLYN is to provide for exploration work?

Certainly, it must have been specified in the agreement of 1/8/21?

Still might be a good deal, hard to tell without more information.
