The actual LEGAL filings and the words in them tell the truth.

No matter HOW many filings they “publish”, the one filing that matters is the one (super 10K) that doesn’t include the REQUIRED numbers from previously delinquent 10Q’s!

In the opinion of Corporate Finance, DBMM CONTINUES to be materially deficient and non compliant because of that deficiency!

They can publish A THOUSAND reports!

Until they fix that Super 10K, it’s all for nothing!

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
