Problem is, you're reporting what you HEAR. It's what they TELL you. That doesn't make it fact. You say they have "proof" of certain things, but you do NOT know this to be true (because it's only what you were TOLD). This company has already proven they can't be taken at their WORD, right?

So far, they haven't done most of what they've told you they would do. So what you "hear" doesn't necessarily match up with reality or facts. Aren't you getting tired of that yet? I guess not. But it's almost painful to read sometimes.
