Just got off the phone with the company. The PR will be out first thing in the morning. They made some changes to it today and it was delayed one day because the changes had to get cleared by the lawyers first. I was assured that it would come out first thing tomorrow. Take it for what it's worth.

Jim, I will say that what you posted is authentic and came from the original binder. Believe me, this isn't over by a mile yet. I am not in a battle with you, but I will continue telling it as I hear it. There is no PROOF that anything the OSC said is true. These are allegations only and until the company is proven guilty, they are inocent.

The company is not going to sit and not defend itself. They have top notch attorneys working for them who are doing what they think is required in the best interest of all involved. When you show me PROOF, maybe you will be able to convince me. Until then, all we have is allegations. The story is only beginning and now the truth will come out like it or not. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.
