Thank you Jotu. after doing a quick search on Bing the post from Pay was near the top, post 204427 goes over this a little more in depth and states that " Liquid metal is also known as amorphous alloy" guessing this is where my confusion came. I believe to elevate some confusion for many that are trying to catch up by getting these questions clarified is that Li Yangde is also known in western press as Lugee Li. again according Bing.
