I have no clue strik. I don’t think the Friday thing is a big deal, because we will get proxies well in advance and will pretty much know the outcome before Feb 19. And they don’t need a special meeting to do a RS.

I won’t speculate because I have demonstrated no competency in doing this in the past. But I do think it is very positive just because of where we are and where we are headed.
