Because hopium prices are so high I will withhold some of my commentary here. However, the AC is looking at a clear states rights issue and being that everything was done and submitted before the dementia patient takes office there may be sufficient standing in court to reverse this clearly wrong decision to deny and nothing the incoming admin can do to stop development. Courts are so obviously compromised but if it flys under the radar and goes to 9th circus it’s a maybe. The backing of AK means Pebble doesn’t have to sell us out for the coming battle and can keep appealing as far as they have to.
