Like all here, I can hardly wait to see this thing start to unfold and show us ALL what ACTUALLY TOOK place and NOT what we have had to speculate WILL take place.
I honestly think many here are gonna be seriously shocked and blind side!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now as you and I have both said, it could be you or me as we have always said that WE are speculating (WAG) on POSSIBLE OUTCOMES HERE, where some have stated things as undeniable truths OR FACT..............
Like all here though, we have agreed, we just want em to GETERDUN!!!
And one OTHER very important thing that all suggest(SPECULATE) there is lots of value to come back to LEGACY HOLDERS those that ACTUALLY owned the company (WMI) that safe harbored those assets
We also agree that, there can ONLY be one group that could even be considered to be the recipients of those assets and that is plain and simply LEGACY HOLDER that ELECTED to participate in March of 2012 and OPTED IN and that HAVE MARKERS in their ESCROW acct depicting THEIR OWNERSHIP OF WMI
The premise that only if IF IF we STILL hold the shares of WMIH that we received is the only way we will be included, seems ludicrous to me and escapes ALL LOGIC.
How on earth do you pay a class of shareholders that hold a stock now WMIH/COOP that was NOT a party to any loss of WMI the company we feel held the assets?
Wouldn't that be like APPLE computer drilling for OIL on ALL of their properties and finding it on every property and putting out a one time dividend AND INCLUDED ALL THE BLACKBERRY share holders as well?????? BUT APPLE shareholders only get the DIVIE if they still held their BLACKBERRY SHARES they got in the """""SPIN OFF""""
Someone is gonna have to show me where there is any ASSociation or correlation between APPLE and BLACKBERRY or allowing the BLACKBERRY shareholders to receive anything period, or disqualify shares holder of APPLE from receiving their divie UNLESS THEY HOLD SHAREs they received in the spin off of BLACKBERRY a totally separate company with NO ASSOCIATION what so ever to APPLE. SO I would love to know where in the case of WMI and WMIH/COOP that this would make anymore sense than the APPLE/BLACKBERRY scenario. IT DOESN'T
NOW if any can LOGICALLY explain this for me please do

P.S. AND also remember that TEPPER & the TPS group NEGOTIATED this deal and it's conditions and KNEW and KNOW if they had to hold the WMIH shares to get paid BUT TEPPER SOLD ALL OF HIS, could he really be that STUPID???????
