Ok...This is a legal document to the SEC stating that HBRM is legit, and that their reporting is adequate and meets SEC requirements, and that the assessing law firm is not being influenced in any way to say so.

Does anyone see this differently? I think this continues to be good news for those who want to be educated about this ticker. They are doing everything right to get their act together.

Thoughts?
