Wouldn't it have been a pretty good strategic move on Altria's part to not procede into phase 2/3 of that agreement for 10-12 million or whatever it was and then buy 10-12 million worth of shares on the open market or through a PP? That amount of money would get them a whole lot more of Lexaria now then it would have under that deal right?
