Thats my point one would expect NWBO assigning accountants todo a full DD on Flaskworks, but if they had done so why say this in the last NT filing:

"due to certain pending accounting on Flaskworks"

apparently, they have not done a full DD on Flaskworks otherwise, there would be no pending accounting.


and if they have not how incredible not smart is that to acquire Flaskworks without a full DD and then later say look we need more time for the 10Q because of pending accounting on Flaskworks
