Thank you for doing your best to clarify this issue for us. The stock was quite volatile y'day (had a pretty nice close) and I can't help but wonder if confusion/concern over this issue played into that. The CEO stated flat out in a recent PR that they were not even considering a RS at this point. Now sure, one could simply not believe him-but taking an action that is detrimental to shareholders shortly after you've publicly stated that you would not take such action is the kind of thing that leads to lawsuits, and I'm sure that the CEO knows that. I won't say that I "trust" him, because I don't know him. But I do believe him simply because I'm sure that he would not want to face a lawsuit from shareholders.
Btw, I'm still optimistic about SFOR. I think they have some solid products that over time are going to gain market share in their respective categories. These processes don't happen real quickly though-they take time. So I would say that this is not a good day-trading stock. But if you have some $ you can do without for awhile I think this is a good longer term play.
