Again, I disagree. You can justify anything under culture change that still does not detour from that fact the father has parental rights at point of conception...

I guess this is where you get your "depends" answer towards interest. However even this is wrong as today’s culture has the courts making the male entirely responsible with absolutely no say in the process. Men have had to sue women forcing them to carry the baby to term so the father could raise his offspring. There are many of these cases. We are now back with the women’s right to choose argument, which totally seems to trump the father’s parental rights according to you.

And so do the father rights to his child...
