Yes in fact, a woman does NOT need a man to provide sperm in this day and time.

All you need is a haploid cell.

But so long as men can contribute to a sperm bank, his actual presence is not necessary.

The creation begins a conception. That is the woman's ability. Not the man's, past that point.
